Glenmary's Volunteer Program is designed to give participants a firsthand experience in missionary service. Each weeklong session blends service, prayer, reflection and sharing in an environment of simple living. The goal is to connect young people with God, to help them find Christ in others and to reach them to serve others first.

The core of this weeklong retreat is to serve others in our local area at various venues doing community outreach. We also live in community for this five day experience by preparing and eating meals together, praying, worshipping and recreating together. The purpose of this retreat is to disconnect from our typical busy lives, our electronics and any other distractions that keep us from focusing on the core values of the Mustard Seed Farm Retreat.
